RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, within the first 7 days after your purchase you can exchange it for any other product equivalent in price, or you can purchase a gift card with the amount equivalent to your purchase. In the case of faulty items, we will replace your product free of charge. For more information, see the frequently asked questions. Be sure to contact customer service before processing a return.

Please note: All returned items must be in 'new' or unused condition and must still include their original packaging. Your return will not be accepted if:i:

  • Has been used or taken out of the original package

  • Have you tried to put a broken clock back together?

  • The watch is broken due to use or manipulation of any kind.

 

To start the return process it is necessary to send an email with personal data as well as your purchase data.
