If you have not received a tracking number to track your Alebrije watch and/or do not know where your product is, please contact us to provide you with the necessary information and/or help you during this process.

Please note that if the model you purchased has a waiting line and/or a future delivery date (this information is indicated on each model on our website) you will NOT receive a shipping guide to track your product, since this will be provided to you close to the delivery date.
