¿What does the manufacturer's warranty cover??
If the clock proves to be faulty from factory ; hands, movement, battery and/or components, the watch will be repaired or replaced in its entirety at no additional charge. Tonas Wood Mexico S.A.P.I DE C.V. reserves discretion in determining product terms.
Our warranty covers one year from the date of purchase. To make our guarantee valid, you must show your purchase receipt.
Warranty after a year; We understand that failures can occur outside of the covered warranty period, so we offer parts and/or repair services to help you get your watch back to normal working order.Any defects/necessary repairs will be subject to additional fees. Also, in the same way the shipping fees will be covered by the customer.
